We build and renovate residential and commercial pools and spas. We are debt. free, we have all the equipment and tools and 1,000,000 in new projects to start. We have a small group of excellent employees, all the subcontractors and suppliers in place. We have 38 years of contacts and calls coming in every day for new projects. The cash flow is high, and there is no debt. We have an excellent reputation and a terrific resume. I am ready to move towards retirement but intend to pass on our knowledge and do what it takes to pass the torch, and longer, to continue to book projects. This company is one of the oldest established companies locally and is poised to grow larger as much as new management would like to do.
We are known to do the more difficult projects as we have several decades of experience. We have a good system and an easy-to-follow pathway to continued success and we intend to see the future of this company be bright. Most of the upcoming projects are close to the base of operations and this will save gas and management time and money. We are getting many requests to bid and many that just say they want us to do their projects. We are diversified in our operations and have constant opportunities to do many more and exciting projects. We build other people’s dreams and supply them with fun in the sun. We love this business, and I am sure you will love it too. People love what we do for them and can’t wait to see the finished project and jump in too.
